Multi Purpose Heating Equipment up to 600degree
During the construction of the multifunctional heating appliance, all possible laboratory receptacles, regardless of shape or size, were taken into consideration, for heating from the lowest to the highest temperatures. The heating surface of all multifunctional heating appliances consists of a seamless, somewhat conical, high quality stainless steel container with a built4in, insulated tubular heating element in the bottom. The heating conductor is completely insulated and contact4free embedded; it has a spiral form and is soldered to the bottom of the container.
Use as air bath: The low4mass, radiant heater can reach the highest temperature of approx. 800degree in about 5 minutes. The insulated, built4in energy output regulator allows a stage4less calibration of the power from 10...100%, which is equal to a radiated temperature from around 60...600degree.
Use as liquid bath: Because the heating element is completely insulated, the container can be directly filled with e.g. water or oil.
Use as sand bath: with the use of stainless steel, sand bath dishes (which can be delivered) the multifunctional heating appliance can also be used as a sand bath.
Regulation of models STM 50, MU 85, MS 26 and SM�
Each unit has a heating output controller that enables a variable adjustment between 10 to 100%.
Regulation of model MU 85 ER, SMR�
Each unit has an additional, built4in, electronic relay and an extra low4 voltage, 34%ole diode output bushing for an optional contact thermometer. When in use, the regulation via the thermometer takes automatic precedence. Without the thermometer, the operation of the units is the same as the MU 85 or SM� model.
