The USS-1908MkII is the most powerful UltrasonicSoldering Controller. The control electronics is designed to handle 15W as well as 30W (US-output) soldering heads. In addition, the USS-1908 system provides an interface for the connection to a data processor, giving the possibility not only to store / log soldering parameters on the computer but also to handle the Soldering Controller directly from the computer resp. PLC. The Mark II models include an aIr-flow control system with valve and a flow-meter to control airflow while soldering process with air flooded soldering tools.

As the combination of system / set-up is diverse, this system can be put together as a modular system. To get a complete system, you need one controller unit (1908MkII-100 or 1908MkII-200), plus at least one soldering iron (hand tool or robot head) and a corresponding tool stand (for hand tools).
